HotSpotResolvedJavaField: add cache of java.lang.{Character,Byte,Short} to not embeddable list (GRAAL-290) running dacapo in AOT mode + verification revealed some more possible usages of cached boxed values (Character + Short). For completness I also added j.l.Byte.
