Ruby: major upgrade in debugging support, mainly for navigation: step, next (passing over calls), return (from enclosing function), etc. Also a few bug fixes.

  This file should be located at the top of the hotspot Mercurial repository.

Simple Build Instructions:

    cd make && gnumake
     
  The files that will be imported into the jdk build will be in the "build"
  directory.
