Removed 'java' indirection script and modified domake to create the replacement symlink to /usr/lib/jvm/jre1.7.0/bin/java

Simple Build Instructions:

    cd make && gnumake
     
  The files that will be imported into the jdk build will be in the "build"
  directory.
