7016112: CMS: crash during promotion testing
Summary: Also reviewed by mikael.gerdin@oracle.com; stdlib:qsort() does byte-by-byte swapping on Windows. This leads to pointer shearing. Fix is to implement a quicksort that does full pointer updates.
