Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Evaluate neverPartOfCompilation assertion only after partial escape analysis and conditional elimination. Create explicit SourceStackTrace exception. Add neverPartOfCompilation unit test.
