commented out a check for the existence of "cl.exe" for the windows build. The command returns something invalid, so the build fails BECAUSE of this test

  This file should be located at the top of the hotspot Mercurial repository.

Simple Build Instructions:

    cd make && gnumake
     
  The files that will be imported into the jdk build will be in the "build"
  directory.
