moved snippet timers/metrics from SnippetTemplate to SnippetInfo and added new metric for number of snippet specializations (i.e. number of SnippetTemplate objects created)

  This file should be located at the top of the hotspot Mercurial repository.

Simple Build Instructions:

    cd make && gnumake
     
  The files that will be imported into the jdk build will be in the "build"
  directory.
